How long does the product test take?

Depending on the type of product, the test result is usually available within 5 to 10 business days after the product has been submitted.

Do we return the tested products?

The tested products are not returned, as they may be worn or damaged during the testing process.
For high-value products, please contact us in advance so we can assess whether a non-destructive test is possible.

How long is the quality seal license valid?

The quality seal license is valid for an unlimited period from the date the seal is transmitted to the Licensee. The conditions for use and possible termination are defined in the license agreement.

What is the cost of renewing the quality seal license?

There is no renewal fee, as the right to use the quality seal is granted for an unlimited period from the date of transmission. All terms of use and potential limitations are defined in the applicable license agreement.

How can the license be terminated?

The Licensee can terminate the license at any time by sending a written notice to the Licensor via email, contact form on the website, or by post.

Does the quality seal apply to all variants of the product?

The quality seal is exclusively awarded for the specific product that was tested. The seal may not be used for other products, versions, or variations unless they have been separately tested and licensed. Exceptions to this rule include variations such as different sizes or colors of the same product. Please contact us if you are unsure.
